A very rare Physeteridae sp., a Sperm whale, tooth from Caldera area of Chile. This is a second much rarer late Miocene Sperm whale tooth found in the Bahia Inglesa Fm. This tooth is similar to the Sperm whale teeth found at the Sharktooth Hill site. I have only seen four teeth. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. Unfortunately there are no teeth coming from this site 19 years!

A GEM, EXTRA LARGE Carcharodontosaurus saharicus tooth from the Kem Kem red sand deposits of Morocco. A fantastic deep red colored tooth - the most sought after color. A June Fossil of the Month. This ~4" tooth which is nearly all crown - a BIG tooth. Highest quality enamel with no enamel peel. Exceptional preservation. Excellent anterior and posterior serrations. Serrated to the tip. Tip has minor feeding wear. Excellent growth waves near cutting edge. An extra wide position tooth - maxillary tooth (upper jaw anterior). One of my favorite tooth positions.  No cracks - no breaks. A well prepared, rare spiny Dicranurus monstrosus trilobite on original matrix. Incredible detail and completeness. The huge spines are fully preserved and exposed. A Lower Devonian trilobite (410 mya). A very rare species! A high quality specimen. Collected in Laatchana, Alnif area , Atlas Mts., Morocco.  Authenticity guaranteed. One of my favorite species.
