A rare LARGE, TOP QUALITY Megalonyx jeffersonii sloth claw from an extinct genus of giant ground sloths from Georgia. A February Fossil of the Month.  This sloth claw has excellent preservation, and is 100% complete with no damage. Great black bone color and texture with a highly articulated natural bone surface. Excellent preservation of the proximal end. There is no restoration or repair. A GEM, very rare Otodus aksuaticus tooth with gray color. Excellent transitional tooth with small serrations covering 3/4 of the crown and side cusps. Found in Tushbiar, Mangyshlak, W. Kazakhstan. This is a GEM quality tooth, but it a pit in the bourlette area. Kazakhstan is one of the few places on earth where the transition series from Ototdus (non-serrated) to Auriculatus (fully serrated) can be found.

An ultra rare Top Quality juvenile, Allosaurus fragilis tooth with a complete root. This Allosaurus crown measures 1-13/16", and it is displayed on its Morrison Fm. matrix. The enamel is high quality. Great rich brown color. Good posterior and anterior serrations. Very good overall condition and serrations. Normal crack fill. No restoration. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Legally collected on private land in the Bob Simon Quarry, Morrison Fm., Carbon Co., Wyoming.
