An ultra rare Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis  rooted premaxillary tooth. This Allosaurus crown measures 15/16". The complete tooth measures 2-7/16" and 1/2" wide and is fully inflated. The enamel is highest quality with a natural wear facet at the tip. Great rich dark brown color. Excellent serrations. Great overall condition and serrations. Note - 1/4" of the root base was repaired. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Grand Co., Utah. Authenticity guaranteed. You do not see rooted teeth very often. Note - A Riker frame will be included.

An incredibly preserved, LARGE Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius), an early elephant, molar found in Alaska. An October Fossil of the Month. Mammoths were present in this area during the Late Pleistocene Ice Age. Fantastic natural red color!  This molar has a nicely articulated chewing surface. A complete root - very rare.
