My recommendation for the collector's first reference guide to identify their Miocene - Pliocene age collection pieces. A must for the Lee Creek fossil collector - shark teeth and other fossils.

BB08            Size: 5-1/2"  x 8-1/2"

A Top Quality, Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. Please note that this tooth could Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. This tooth measures 1-3/16" - an excellent Tyrannosaur  tooth on its original matrix. A 1st dentary tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. Anterior serrations are good and posterior serrations are excellent. A small repair to base. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., Winifred Co., Montana. An ultra rare MONSTER, 3-3/16" Great White shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm., Chile. A March Fossil of the Month.This tooth is huge and extra wide (2-1/8"). It has a rich tan colored crown and a goden tan root. Fantantic color! Highest quality enamel with no hydration cracks or peeling. Serrations are exceptional - very large with a big tip serration. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. Note -  the root appears to have two cracks and was most likely reattached without fill or restoration.  A HUGE Chilean Great White collector's tooth and display. Authenticity guaranteed. Unfortunately there are no more teeth coming from this site.
