A LARGE, TOP QUALITY serrated Nanotyrannus lancensis premaxillary tooth from the western US. A March Fossil of the Month. The premaxillary teeth were the front teeth, have a "D" shaped base, and were not large. Most Nano premaxillary teeth are non-serrate. This Nano has strong serrations - rare.  The right side serrations have some wear or damage. This tooth measures 7/8" (straight line). The enamel is excellent quality. No cracks. A rare, Top Quality Theropod tooth from the late Cretaceous of Mississippi. A Troodontid type dinosaur found in North America. The enamel is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. A Top Quality Cretodus crassidens, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Denton Co., Texas. An October Fossil of the Month. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. This is the big shark tooth in Texas Cretaceous deposits which can reach 2.6". This is a lateral tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect tooth.
