A Top Quality, Rare Pachychephalosaurus wyomingensis node cluster from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. An August Fossil of the Month. Pachychephalosaurus is the dinosaur which is famous for its large domed head surrounded by these spikes and nodes (2+ nodes). This spike has excellent color / patina with exceptional surface articulation. The blood grooves are still present in the bone. It is a complete specimen with no cracks or breaks. This is a node cluster with a large node surrounded by a group of small nodes. Note -  the excellent articulated skull surface on the base of the node. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Powder River Co., Montana. An excellent and very rare collector's quality Pachychephalosaurus node cluster. A natural Hoploscaphites nebrascensis ammonite with excellent preservation of the shell material. The ammonite shell has some natural iridescence. This ammonite species exhibits big ribs with multiple rows of tubercles (nodes). This specimen is sits in an original Pierre Shale nodule with a flat base for a great display. A Top Quality Scyphocrinites elegans crinoid from Alnif, Morocco. The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flower"). This crinoid has a bulbous calyx with incredible detail. This crinoid has a good sized stem section of 3". These crinoids make fantastic display pieces. Museum Quality specimen. An ultra rare, early Auriculatus parasymphyseal tooth from Kzil-Orda region, Kazakhstan. A July Fossil of the Month. Note - The center teeth would rarely be lost during feeding. So, very few are in the fossil record. The bourlette is complete. Excellent coarse serrations and killer with typical small side cusps. These teeth exhibit fantastic color, gloss, and preservation. A LARGE,  Top Quality Elosuchus(?) crocodile scute from the Kem Kem region of Morocco. Note - This is a center ridge scute with a raised center line. Incredible detail and color. This is a complete scute ("body armor") which is most likely from the dominate crocodile for the region - Elosuchus. A Top Quality Cretodus crassidens, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Denton Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. This is the big shark tooth in Texas Cretaceous deposits which can reach 2.6". This is a lateral tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect tooth.
