Holmsella sp.; an  Extinct Primitive shark

A very rare shark skin specimen. This matrix piece is covered with dermal denticals. Shark skin impressions with denticals are extremely rare and a Paleozoic age find adds to the rarity.  An exceptional collector's piece from an old collection!

An EXTRA LARGE, Very Rare, TOP QUALITY Carcharias dominguei tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. This is a newly named species from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. The crown complete (tip reattached), both side cusps complete, and root is complete. High quality enamel. A very difficult tooth to locate and an excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. This incredible specimen is from a 20 year old collection.

An EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality serrated Albertosaurus premaxillary tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. This tooth measures 1-7/16" - an excellent Tyrannosaur tooth. A very rare Glyphis glyphis tooth, the Speartooth shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. D172 is the lower lateral tooth on the right. Authenticity guaranteed.

A silica replaced Cyrtospirifer brachiopod Rudkine near Voronezh, Russia. Brachiopods are bivalve molluscs. Both valves present  - complete specimens and matrix free. Exceptional preservation. Note - 3/4" thick and heavy! This is a late Devonian (370 mya) brachiopod. A nice display piece!
