An ULTRA RARE Pachychephalosaurus wyomingensis skull section from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. A February Fossil of the Month. This is a post orbital skull section covered with 12+ spikes. Pachychephalosaurus is the dinosaur which is famous for its large domed head surrounded by these spikes and nodes. These spikes and nodes were part of the Pachy skull. This skull section has exceptional color and patina. Note the incredible blood grooves in the bone. It is a complete specimen with no cracks or breaks. Legally collected on private land in the Lance Creek Fm., Niobrara Co., Wyoming. An Ultra Rare, Top Quality Chilean Megalodon vertebra from the phosphate layer of the Caldera region, Chile. A gorgeous brown colored and well preserved centrum.  Note this this centrum is 3-5/8" wide and 1-1/2" deep. The complete centrum would be at least 3-1/2"+ in length. Unfortunately only one centrum side was found. No repair or restoration. An exceedingly rare BIG Chilean Megalodon vertebra from the old days! Note - these incredible big Chilean Meg vertabra simply do not exist. They are the "holy grail" for Megalodon tooth collectors!
