The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flower"). This crinoid has a bulbous calyx with incredible detail. This crinoid has a good sized stem section of 2-3/4". These crinoids make fantastic display pieces. Museum Quality specimen. An EXTRA LARGE, Very Rare, HIGH QUALITY Carcharias dominguei tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. This is a newly named species from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. The crown is complete, one side cusp, and root is complete. Good quality enamel. No repair. An EXTRA LARGE Rare, TOP QUALITY Palaeocarcharodon transition tooth from Morocco. This is a partially serrated tooth which appears to be an evolutionary intermediate on the path to fully serrated tooth.  A lateral tooth. Excellent golden tan color. Larger highly irregular serrations at the base that get finer toward the tip and few side cusp serrations! Extra large side cusps. An exceptional tooth!
