A very rare, early Otodus aksuaticus lateral tooth from Kzil-Orda, Kazakhstan. A transitional tooth leading to O. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. A July Fossil of the Month. The bourlette is complete. This tooth exhibits small serrations along the lower 1/2 of the crown and micro serrations to the tip. These teeth exhibit excellent color, gloss, and preservation. An excellent pair of early Mako shark teeth,  I. praecursor, an Eocene age Mako. Very nice color. These very difficult teeth to find in the limestone quarries. Found in the Castle Hayne Fm., Castle Hayne, NC.

An Ultra Rare, Hexanchus griseus tooth from the Sacaco area of Peru. This is complete lower jaw tooth. Good preservation and color. An excellent complete root. Note - there is a crackwhich was repaired. Authenticity guaranteed. Unfortunately there are no more teeth coming from this site. This is a piece from an old collection.

Excellent preservation and fantastic color. Perfect cusp. This tooth was found in the Bahia Inglesa Fm. and is late Miocene to early Pliocene age. A scarce collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. Unfortunately there are no more teeth coming from this site. This rare piece is from an old collection!
