A rare Hemipristis serra tooth, the Snaggletooth shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. A rare Top Quality Megalodon tooth from the St. Mary's River, Georgia - an upper jaw anterior tooth. A June Fossil of the Month. The crown has excellent unique red & tan color with unique St. Mary's River red circles. The enamel is the Highest Quality with small hydration cracks. A Large Red colored bourlette which is complete. Razor sharp serrations including an excellent tip serration. The root is a red brown color, nicely articulated, robust, and complete.
