A very rare, early Macrorhizodus nolfi upper jaw, anterior tooth from Aktulagay, western Kazakhstan. Macrorhizodus nolfi is a Lamnidae shark and an early Mako shark (Isurus praecursor) relative in this early Eocene deposit. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene Macrorhizodus nolfi tooth. No repair. A very rare, Trigonotodus alteri shark tooth, an extinct Giant Thresher, from So. Carolina. Nice tan color. Good preservation, but there are a some condition issues.  These teeth are rarely found and seen. A rare collectors' tooth in high quality condition. Authenticity guaranteed. This is the rarest of the Giant Thresher species.

A very rare, Alopias palatasi shark tooth, an extinct serrated Giant Thresher, from So. Carolina. Nice blue color. Good preservation, but there is erosion. Serrations are visible.
