A HUGE, ultra rare trilobite from the Middle Devonian of Morocco. This is a very good commercial quality Burmeisterella aff. armata trilobite. Unfortunately, only sections of this trilobite are found at any time. So, these trilobites are assembled from pieces - a quality restruction of this incredible trilobite which is found in few worldwide locations. Commercial specimens will have some damage and some repair & restoration, but they can be offered at a relatively low price. If a complete or near complete Burmeisterella sp. trilobite was found is would be valued at many $1000s. This is an opportunity to own an incredibly rare BIG trilobite. An EXTRA LARGE ultra rare, Top Quality Red Site Otodus megalodon tooth from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. An August Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon is a BIG upper jaw anterior tooth from the Meherrin River copper-red site. Exceptional rich copper red color. The enamel is the highest quality, and there is a cool bite mark on the display side (see the 5th photo). The serrations are large, razor sharp, and essentially complete with a good tip serration. Bourlette is extra large and brown - dentin layer. The root is wide & complete. A Pliocene Meg tooth.
