A Top Quality Ankylosaurid osteoderm (bony armor plate) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Ankylosaurids had their body covered with this bony armor. A body osteoderm section from a juvenile Ankylosaurid . The bone is excellent quality with excellent color and patina. It has an  excellent keel like design and is very thick. Some crack fill.. A LARGE Quality, "The Grumpy Old Man" Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw tooth from the ACE river basin, South Carolina. A wild Brown colored crown with black highlights that is covered with deep wrinkles! Good quality enamel. The bourlette is a large and black colored color. The serrations are worn, but visible. A rare Top Quality, transition GW tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli. An upper jaw anterior tooth. The C. hubbelli serrations are full at the base of the cutting edge, transition to fine serrations at mid crown and disappear towards the tip. This tooth has an excellent tan colored crown and brown root with well pronounced maroon colored gum line. Excellent color. The crown edge starts with two oversized serrations at the base and quickly transforms into "Escheri-like" wavy serrations. An early stage transition form. No repair. A LARGE, Top Quality Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw tooth from So. Carolina. Otodus chubutensis or Chubutensis is the extinct ancestor of the Megalodon shark. An excellent Charcoal Gray colored crown. High quality enamel. The black bourlette is complete. Sharp serrations are sharp with a slightly worn tip serration. The root is black colored and complete. Note the small cusp-like bumps at the base of the cutting edge and the grooves on the sides of the root ends - both are Chubutensis characteristics. No repair or restoration.
