A Top Quality Tietea singularis, petrified Tree Fern. trunk section from the Maranhão Basin, NE Brazil. This tree fern was from the Pedra do Fogo Formation and is Permian age age (265 MYA). One end is polished and the other is sanded. The interior is highly vascular with unqiue pores and channels that have been silicified into agate. The exterior trunk section nicely preserved. Trunk section length is 4-3/8" in length and makes a great display.  This piece exhibits exceptional preservation and color. Authenticity guaranteed. A GEM 5-1/4" BLACK over GRAY colored Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw ANTERIOR tooth. This exceptional Meg tooth is our September 2017 Fossil of the Month. The incredible black over gray crown shows on the display and reverse sides. The serrations are razor sharp including the tip. Excellent for a big Megalodon! The root has small hydration cracks and is complete. This GEM BLACK over GRAY Meg tooth is one of the best color Megalodon teeth of 2017. Incredible eye appeal. A fantastic collector's Meg tooth!

An incredible 5-1/4" GEM, Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth. It has an excellent medium blue colored crown with an exceptional hazel brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Fantastic color! One of the finest examples of a classic upper jaw anterior blue Lee Creek Megs considering the shape, color, and preservation. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine.
