Well preserved egg shell pieces from Gastornis, an extinct Giant Flightless Bird, from southern France. This giant bird stood over 6 feet tall with a giant skull and beak. A very unique shell design. A LARGE, ultra rare, GEM Trigonotodus serratus shark tooth, the extinct serrated Giant Thresher from southern Virginia. Our last January 2018 Fossil of the Month offering. Fantastic copper red color. A rare, EXTRA LARGE, TOP QUALITY, Giant Dolphin or whale tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm. of central Chile. A complete tooth. Gorgeous color and preservation. This is a rare species.
