Nine main cusps (two have some damage). The root is incredible - damage free and thick. Incredible color and preservation. These are Pliocene age, Yorktown Formation teeth. An EXTRA LARGE, HIGH QUALITY Megalodon - upper jaw tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This tooth remains on its original limestone matrix - very unique. This Megalodon has an excellent tan colored crown and a golden tan & brown tan colored bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color! The serrations are razor sharp with a good tip serration.
