A Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex tooth from a small adult Rex. This Rex crown measures 2" (straight line) and is nicely exposed in its original Hell Creek Fm. matrix. The enamel is highest quality. Great rich dark chocolate brown color. Good anterior serrations (mostly covered) and exceptional serrations on the posterior side. There is a very small wear facet on the tip which is typical for a adult tooth from opposing teeth wear. A rare, Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex sub-adult right maxillary tooth. This tooth measures 2-1/8" with a large natural tip wear facet (could have been a 2-1/2" tooth). The enamel has excellent color and patina. Very good anterior and posterior serrations. Note - the anterior serrrations have a "Y" formation - very unique. The base cross-section is a compressed oval; however, you can see that the base of the tooth is the top of root section and the base "pinching" is in the root section only. An ultra rare Top Quality Stegoceras validum dome (frontoparietal skull bone) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. An April Fossil of the Month. Stegoceras is a smaller sized pachycephalosaurid dinosaur, and like Pachycephalosaurus, it is a dinosaur which is famous for its large domed head surrounded by spikes. This is excellent quality juvenile dome with good color / patina. No cracks or restoration. There is a small sheer on the left side that occured prior to fossilization since it has the natural patina. Otherwise a complete dome. An ultra rare Stegoceras dome!  Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., Hill Co., Montana. An excellent collector's quality Stegoceras dome. Comes with a Riker display case.
