A very rare, Top Quality Ceratopsian toe from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. An April Fossil of the Month.  There were three ceratopsian dinosaur species found in the Horseshoe Canyon formation. This is an excellent four piece non-associated juvenile ceratopsian toe. An ulta rare Top Quality Struthiomimus altus hand (manus) claw from the late Cretaceous of North America. Struthiomimus is a long legged, bipedal, toothless dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The Struthiomimus means "ostrich mimic" which best describes this species. Excellent bone quality and color. The claw has some proximal end and the very tip is missing which is common. Excellent bone preservation. No repair or restoration. A Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens metatarsal bone from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The metarsals were the largest toe bones. This bone is metatarsal VI from toe 4 from the right foot.  Bone quality is excellent. Minor crack fill. No restoration. A rare Top Quality Camarasaurus tooth, a late Jurassic sauropod ungual (toe claw) from the Morrison Fm. Camarasaurus was a mid- sized Jurassic sauropod.. Great rich dark brown color. A Top Quality , 5" ULTRA RARE Caribbean Megalodon tooth - a lower jaw ANTERIOR tooth. This Megalodon tooth has an incredible very light creamy tan colored crown with interesting light charcoal gray patterning. Highest quality enamel with no hydration cracks. The Caribbean Megalodon teeth consistently offer the closest to white colored enamel. Fantastic color! The bourlette is large and essentially perfect. The serrations are razor sharp including a worn tip serration. Excellent serrations! The root is an excellent creamy tan color with no hydration cracks.Great symmetry. Note - there was a 1/4" strip of the serrations on the left side of the tooth saw cut near the base and it was professionally restored. The damaged area was restricted to the edge and a piece of bourlette. This Megalodon was found in a limestone quarry in the Caribbean (Miocene age). This is an incredible Caribbean Meg tooth. A fine example of an ultra rare Caribbean Megalodon tooth, and an excellent collector's rare Megalodon tooth! Note - The limestone is sawed into thin blocks for extraction which totally destroys 99%+ of these Megalodon teeth.
