A GEM 5-1/4" BLACK over GRAY colored Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw ANTERIOR tooth. This exceptional Meg tooth is our September 2017 Fossil of the Month. The incredible black over gray crown shows on the display and reverse sides. The serrations are razor sharp including the tip. Excellent for a big Megalodon! The root has small hydration cracks and is complete. This GEM BLACK over GRAY Meg tooth is one of the best color Megalodon teeth of 2017. Incredible eye appeal. A fantastic collector's Meg tooth!

The Devonian trilobites from Atlas mountain deposits are world renowned for their incredible preservation and beauty. A Lower Devonian trilobite - Emsian stage - 400 MYA. A TOP QUALITY Kosmoceras sp. and Quenstedticeras lamberti ammonites on matrix from the Saratov region of Russia. Incredible pyrite replaced ammonites. The natural shell exterior is incredily preserved and reflects an iridescent red color. Middle Jurassic age. Authenticity guaranteed. Note - supply of these pyrite ammonites stopped in 2010.  A very showy display piece. Note - specimens are remounted on their natural matrix.
