An Ultra Rare, Hexanchus griseus symphyseal tooth from the Sacaco area of Peru. A March Fossil of the Month. This is the nicest complete lower jaw symphyseal (center) tooth that I have seen. A LARGE, very rare Top Quality Paraisurus compressus, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Tarrant Co., Texas. An October Fossil of the Month. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Paw Paw Fm. tooth. These teeth have a unique design with a a very compressed tooth, very high root face, no cusps, and long slender root lobes. A Top Quality Cretodus crassidens, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. This is the big shark tooth in Texas Cretaceous deposits which can reach 2.6". This is a lateral tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect tooth. A rare LARGE, Top Quality Otodus sokolovi tooth from Boujdour, Western Sahara, Morocco. Enamel quality is excellent with an excellent large bourlette. The serrations are very sharp with a samll amount of damage including a partial tip serration. The side cusps are complete with uniform serrations - (a younger sokolovi version). A very rare, Top Quality Thescelosaurus neglectus metatarsal (I) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Thescelosaurus is a mid-sized dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This is the metatarsal for toe #1. This bone has excellent quality with excellent color / patina. Minor crack fill. No repair or restoration. A rare LARGE, Otodus obliquus vertebra with excellent color from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. Exceptional concentric growth rings well preserved as well as the pair of ventral foramina openings along the side. Very thick at 1-1/8".
