A silica replaced Cyrtospirifer brachiopod Rudkine near Voronezh, Russia. Brachiopods are bivalve molluscs. Both valves present  - complete specimens and matrix free. Exceptional preservation. Note - 1" thick and heavy! This is a late Devonian (370 mya) brachiopod. A nice display piece!

A GEM, 4-3/8" Classic Peruvian Megalodon tooth. Our February 2017 Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light orange colored crown with an exceptional two tone bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional light orange color! The bourlette is excellent and complete. The serrations are extra large and razor sharp with an exceptional tip serration. Essentially PERFECT serrations with partial damage to one. Exceptional serrations! The root is an excellent white color. This Megalodon was found in the Ocucate area of Peru (Miocene age).
