A TOP QUALITY Megalonyx leptostomus sloth claw from an extinct genus of giant ground sloths and our December 2017 Fossil of the Month. This claw has excellent preservation and shows little water wear. It's complete down to a nice tip with absolutely no restoration or repair. Excellent preservation of the proximal end. There is a little eriosion on the top of the claw. A wonderful Late Pliocene - Early Pleistocene display piece from northern Florida. Authenticity guaranteed. One of my favorites!

An Extra Large, High Quality Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw anterior tooth from So. Carolina. High quality enamel. The black bourlette bourlette is mostly complete. Very sharp serrations with an extra large tip serration.
