A rare Top Quality Carcharomodus escheri, a "serrated Mako" shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands. The Carcharomodus escheri  was named as a new genus in 2015 based upon a crenulated cutting edge ("wavy serrations"), slender & distally inclined crown, and side cusplets. This tooth has excellent color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge. The age is late Miocene (approx. 6-8 million years ago). An excellent rare collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. A difficult tooth to source.

A HUGE, TOP QUALITY Spinosaurus aegyptiacus tooth from the Kem-Kem region of Morocco. An October Fossil of the Month. High quality enamel with well preserved and pronounced grooves running up the crown. Little crown tip wear for a big tooth. A fantastic deep red patina - rare color for a Spino tooth, and the surface has a drusy crystalline appearance - very nice and very rare. Plus this is an extra thick BIG Spino tooth that would have been easily 1-1/2" thick at the base - see photo. One of the fattest Spino teeth that I have seen. No cracks. No repair and restoration. A very special, big collector's tooth from an extra large Spinosaurus - the 50 foot variety! Plus rare deep red color with a crystalline surface. A GEM, 4-7/8"+" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. This Meg has an incredible light tan and blue colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel - complete! Exceptional color! The bourlette is excellent and complete! The serrations are large and razor sharp - perfect. An excellent tip serration. Exceptional serrations for a big Meg! The root is an excellent tan color and absolutely complete. This Megalodon was found in the Pungo River Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Miocene age = 15 MYA). This tooth is from an old collection. One of the finest examples of a classic upper jaw anterior Lee Creek Megs considering the shape, color, and preservation. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days at Lee Creek mine! NO repair! The BEST of the BEST! One of my favorites. It will be difficult to find another Meg like this one.

A very rare, Otodus auriculatus tooth from the copper-red site of No. Carolina. The crown has coarse serrations. The side cusps are typical of the Otodus obliquus. Complete root. A GEM QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE exceptionally prepared, Phacops speculator trilobite. The preparation is German with all original colors and no restoration. Exceptional completeness and preservation. The Leguminosites lesquereuxiana is a member of the Pea family from the Eocene age (48 MYA) in the ancient Lake Unita deposit. This piece exhibits exceptional preservation and excellent color. A TOP QUALITY, Metasequoia dakotensis cone from Montana. These "dinosaur age" pine cones are found in the Hell Creek Formation of Dawson Co., Montana. These Upper Cretaceous pine cones are high quality with great preservation. They are fully inflated spheres and maximun size (redwoods produce very small cones for their size!). The Metasequoia is the "dawn redwood", and it is one of the three redwood conifers species. Authenticity guaranteed.
