A "Flying" TOP QUALITY Walliserops trifurcatus trilobite, the "trident Comura".  A November Fossil of the Month and one of the collector's favorite spiny trilobites. Walliserops trifurcatus is an unusual looking species with three rows of of spines run down its back and a trident-like fork extending from the front of the cephalon. The preparation is German controlled with all original colors and no restoration. Exceptional completeness and preservation. Great natural black shell with excellent luster. The bottom of this trilobite has been cleaned out and it sits on an 1" matrix pedestal. A very difficult species to prepare. Excellent shell and spine preservation. Compound eyes are very good. An EXTRA LARGE Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. Please note that this tooth could Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. This tooth measures 3-1/4" - a BIGTyrannosaur tooth. A maxillary tooth. The enamel is good with good color. Anterior and posterior serrations are weak. Two cracks. Root etching. No restoration. Fossil of the Month. A GEM, EXTRA LARGE Megalodon PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR upper jaw tooth from the St. Mary's River, Florida. You rarely see a St. Mary's River Meg in top quality condition. A GORGEOUS Meg with a gorgeous light brown crown with a dark chocolate bourlette. Highest quality enamel. The serrations are incredibly large and sharp with an excellent tip serration, and essentially 100% complete! Exceptional serrations for a big Meg.
