A GEM, EXTRA LARGE, rare Pinus sp. pine cone specimen from Germany.  This pine cone is fully inflated. Fantastic preservation. One of the finest specimens that I have seen from the German site. An EXTRA LARGE, ultra rare Top Quality Hexanchus griseus tooth - a Sixgill Cow shark, from the Randle's Cliff, Maryland. A June Fossil of the Month. A LARGE Chubutensis - upper jaw tooth on its original sandstone matrix. Gorgeous variegated brown, tan & gray colored enamel with no peel. Incredible color! Good side cusps.  Extra sharp serrations are incredible. The bourlette is a brown color and essentially complete. The root is excellent red brown color, nicely articulated, and complete with essentially no hydration cracks. Matrix size is 3" x 2-3/4". No repair. An excellent, extra large Peruvian Chub tooth!

A well preserved, rare Scyphocrinites elegans crinoid holdfast from Morocco. The crinoid stem attached to these floating holdfasts. The Scyphocrinites crinoids were floating crinoids and their holdfast was actually an air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx. This holdfast is bulbous with a fantastic detail. A peg stand is included as in the photos. These crinoid holdfasts make excellent fantastic display pieces.
