A very rare, TOP QUALITY Hainosaurus tooth, a Tylosaur mosasaur, from the Cretaceous of Khouribga, Morocco. This mosasaur is a recent discovery and genus naming. The teeth appear to be quite rare. Note - the well defined posterior hook at the top of the crown - a Hainosaurus characteristic. This specimen has a wear facet on the anterior edge of the crown and it has been cracked. This is the most difficult of the Mosasaur species to find. An excellent collector's Mosasaur tooth. Authenticity guaranteed.

A very rare, LARGE, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. A unique brown colored tooth - very unusual.. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. An incredible, very rare Carcharodontosaurus Pes (toe) claw from the Kem Kem deposits of Morocco. A massive pes claw - bigger than most. Please note that there are minimal breaks and no restoration. Natural color and surfaces. It is difficult to find a better example without heavy restoration. Proximal end is well preserved. This claw is 1-5/8" wide and 1-1/4" thick. This claw is big & fat, and much better quality than most. No restoration. A Top Quality Cretodus crassidens, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Denton Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. This is the big shark tooth in Texas Cretaceous deposits which can reach 2.6". This is a lateral tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect tooth.
