An EXTRA LARGE, pyrite replaced Paraspirifer bownockeri brachiopod from the Silica Shale Fm., Sylvania, Ohio. Brachiopods are bivalve molluscs, and this is a big one. Both valves present  - complete specimen and matrix free. Note -  1-1/2" thick and heavy! This is a Devonian (395 mya) brachiopod. The big Silica Fm. brachiopod. A rare Otodus obliquus tooth from the desert of Ihssaa, Saudi Arabia. Very good condition and preservation. No repair or restoration. Complete tooth. This tooth is Paleocene age from the Aruma Fm. Authenticity guaranteed. I have never seen a Saudi Otodus tooth. A rare collectors teeth.
