A rare, Top Quality Anzu wyliei hand bone from the Hell Creek Fm. of Montana. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An excellent hand bone. Note that this is the last digit prior to the claw. Excellent brown color and patina. This specimen has excellent perservation. Note that the hand bones are quite thin and most do not survive. A very rare, early Otodus mugodzharicus upper jaw, lateral tooth from Aktulagay, western Kazakhstan. A transitional tooth leading to C. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. A November Fossil of the Month.The bourlette is complete. Tooth exhibits "wavy serrated" edges similar to the Isurus escheri tooth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene Auriculatus transition tooth. A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair. Authenticity guaranteed. Two EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Scyphocrinites elegans crinoids from Alnif, southeastern Morocco. A January Fossil of the Month. The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flower"). This large crinoid has a bulbous calyx with incredible detail and the calyxs are large.  These crinoids make fantastic display pieces. Museum Quality. Authenticity guaranteed.
