An Extra Large, Top Quality Archimedes sp. bryozoan specimen from Adams Co., Illinois. A January Fossil of the Month. This bryozoan is shaped like and named after the famous Archimedes spiral. Excellent preservation. Note - 7/8" wide. This Archimedes bryozoan was found in the Warsaw Fm., and is Mississippian age (325 MYA). Authenticity guaranteed. A TOP QUALITY JET BLACK colored Megalodon - a PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from So. Carolina. An exceptional true black crown - not a charcoal gray color.
