A Top Quality Ptychodus latissimus, an extinct durophagous (shell-crushing) shark, tooth from Ellis Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Upper Cretaceous Atco Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design with 5 to 6 strong transverse ridges extending across the cusp face and granular margins. Authenticity guaranteed.  Near perfect tooth - some root loss.

A Top Quality Onchopristis numidus rostal tooth from the Kem Kem area of Morocco. Onchopristis was a large, fearsome Cretaceous Saw shark, and it is believed to be a meal for Spinosaurus.  An EXCELLENT Striatolamia shark teeth - anterior position from thecopper red site. Good preservation and condition - extra sharp edges and tip. These are Eocene age from the Castle Hayne Fm., Hertford Co., NC.

A TOP QUALITY, very rare Basilosaurus cetoides, an Archaeocete whale tooth found in the Suwanee River, Suwanee Co., Florida. An excellent canine or incisor tooth (see photo for tooth positions).  An incredible red colored crown and a brown root. Nicely articulated. Note - enamel tip shows a very small wear pattern on crown. Whales do not shed their teeth like the sharks so there teeth will wear with age. An Eocene age tooth (35 MYA).  No repair or restoration. A great Archaeocete tooth from the Suwanee River, Florida.  A very rare collector's tooth from an old collection.

A Top Quality Cretodus crassidens, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. This is the big shark tooth in Texas Cretaceous deposits which can reach 2.6". This is an anterior tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. I don't see many of these teeth.
