An EXTRA LARGE, rare Top Quality Xiphodalamia ensis tooth from the Tolagaysor Fm., Aktulagay, western Kazakhstan. Anterior position. This is an early Eocene (Ypresian) Lamnidae tooth. A rare, Alopias grandis shark tooth, the extinct Giant Thresher, from Calvert Cliffs, Maryland. A posterior tooth. Nice tan color. An ultra rare Big, Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex tooth from a large adult Rex. A July 2020 Fossil of the Month. This stocky Rex crown measures 3-5/8" (straight line) and is thick for its size (1-1/4"). The enamel is highest quality. Great rich dark chocolate brown and black color. Excellent serrations on the anterior and posterior serrations. Note - There is no wear facet at the tip and this tooth is serrated to the tip (a recently erupted BIG tooth - rare).
