A rare Sphyrna mokarran tooth, the Great Hammerhead shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A unique collector's tooth. An Ultra Rare, Top Quality Chilean Megalodon vertebra from the phosphate layer of the Caldera region, Chile. A gorgeous brown colored and well preserved centrum.  Note this this centrum is 3-5/8" wide and 1-1/2" deep. The complete centrum would be at least 3-1/2"+ in length. Unfortunately only one centrum side was found. No repair or restoration. An exceedingly rare BIG Chilean Megalodon vertebra from the old days! Note - these incredible big Chilean Meg vertabra simply do not exist. They are the "holy grail" for Megalodon tooth collectors!

A Top Quality Ptychodus polygyrus, an extinct durophagous (shell-crushing) shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Upper Cretaceous Kamp Ranch Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design with 8 to 9 fine transverse ridges extending across the cusp face and transition to a concentric pattern at the base of the cusp. Authenticity guaranteed. Near perfect tooth - root not complete. This is a rare species.
