A FOTM is back. A GREEN TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE Megalodon upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from the So. Edisto River, So. Carolina. A fantastic green colored crown with tan color approaching the tip, and the serration color fades to a charcoal gray color. Very cool colors! High quality enamel. The bourlette is brown.The serrations show some wear, and are essentially complete with a good tip serration. Very good serrations for a big Meg. The root is nicely articulated with a nice brown color. Excellent symmetry. This is an excellent big Meg. Weighs more than 1 lb. NO repair! AN EXCEPTIONAL BIG GREEN MEG from So. Edisto River. A rare Otodus obliquus tooth from the desert of Ihssaa, Saudi Arabia. Very good condition and preservation. No repair or restoration. Complete tooth. This tooth is Paleocene age from the Aruma Fm. Authenticity guaranteed. I have never seen a Saudi Otodus tooth. A rare collectors teeth.

A TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE & very rare Archaeocete whale, Zygorhiza kochii. Our November Fossil of the Month is a highly desirable Zygorhiza molar or "yoke" tooth.  An exceptional light brown colored crown and tan root. Nicely articulated. Complete root. This tooth has minimal repair to 2nd & 4th cusp on the left side and a small amount to the 4th cusp on the right side. Very little repair overall for a yoke tooth which are typically heavily repaired.  The BEST Archaeocete molar that I have seen from So. Carolina in a long time. A very rare collector's tooth.
