A very rare Auriculatus anterior tooth from the deserts of Peru. An excellent tan crown and brown root. The serrations are very nice -  large and razor sharp. Excellent side cusp development and a complete root. Note - the left root lobe appears to be reattached. A LARGE, ultra rare, GEM Trigonotodus serratus shark tooth, the extinct serrated Giant Thresher from southern Virginia. Our last January 2018 Fossil of the Month offering. Fantastic copper red color.
