A rare, LARGE rooted Top Quality Prognathodon anceps tooth with a jaw section from the phosphate mining region, Khouribga, Morocco. P. anceps is the largest mosasaur species known with huge with wide teeth used for crushing prey.  Exceptional condition and preservation. Note - this large Moroccan Mosasaur was renamed to a Prognathodon genus. The crown measures 2-1/2". Wide base and root. One crack. A very rare, Otodus aksuaticus tooth from the copper-red site of No. Carolina. The crown has coarse serrations over the lower 2/3 of crown that disappear in the top 1/3 of crown. The side cusps are typical of the Otodus obliquus. Complete root. Early Eocene - Ypresian age. A very rare collector's tooth. Very few Otodus aksuaticus teeth found at this site!

A very rare EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Torvosaurus tanneri  tooth from the Morrison Fm. A January Fossil of the Month. This Torvosaurus crown measures 2" and is 1-1/4" wide. The tooth measures 3-1/4" with the partial root. This is a BIG Torvosaurus tooth big serrations on both carinae (1.5 ser. per mm) and the mesial carina extends less than 1/2 of the crown. The enamel is high quality. Great rich dark brown color. Excellent anterior and posterior serrations. Minor natural crushing on the left bottom is stabilized. Excellent overall condition. There is minor restoration at the high point of the base of the crown.. Torvosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Bone Cabin Quarry, Albany Co., Wyoming. Authenticity guaranteed.  Note - A Riker display frame is included. A TOP QUALITY shark vertebra from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Exceptional condition and preservation. Incredibly defined ventral holes.
