A TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE & very rare Archaeocete whale, Zygorhiza kochii. Our November Fossil of the Month is a highly desirable Zygorhiza molar or "yoke" tooth.  An exceptional light brown colored crown and tan root. Nicely articulated. Complete root. This tooth has minimal repair to 2nd & 4th cusp on the left side and a small amount to the 4th cusp on the right side. Very little repair overall for a yoke tooth which are typically heavily repaired.  The BEST Archaeocete molar that I have seen from So. Carolina in a long time. A very rare collector's tooth. A GORGEOUS, EXTRA LARGE copper red colored Angustidens  tooth - an upper jaw lateral tooth from the Meherrin River in northeastern No. Carolina. Incredible rare copper red colors! Highest quality enamel. Excellent red and copper colors - very nice. No enamel peel. A TOP QUALITY serrated Nanotyrannus lancensis premaxillary tooth from the western US. The premaxillary teeth were the front teeth, have a "D" shaped base, and were not large. Most Nano premaxillary teeth are non-serrate. This Nano has strong serrations - rare.  The right side serrations have some wear or damage. This tooth measures 9/16" (straight line). A FOTM is back. A GREEN TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE Megalodon upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth from the So. Edisto River, So. Carolina. A fantastic green colored crown with tan color approaching the tip, and the serration color fades to a charcoal gray color. Very cool colors! High quality enamel. The bourlette is brown.The serrations show some wear, and are essentially complete with a good tip serration. Very good serrations for a big Meg. An Extra Large, Top Quality Mioplosus fish from the 18" layer, Green River Fm., Lincoln Co. Wyoming. The Mioplosus labracoides is a Perch-like fish from the Eocene age (50 MYA). This piece is from the 18 Inch Layer which is extremely hard and difficult to prepare. It also provides the most detailed, highly preserved fossils. Exceptional preservation and preparation.
