A Top Quality Ankylosaurid osteoderm (bony armor plate) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Ankylosaurids had their body covered with this bony armor. A body osteoderm section from a juvenile Ankylosaurid . The bone is excellent quality with excellent color and patina. It has an  excellent keel like design and is very thick. Some crack fill.. A LARGE, High Quality Ankylosaurus osteoderm (bony armor plate) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Ankylosaurus and Denversaurus, a Nodosaur, were the two Ankylosaurs present in the Hell Creek and Lance Creek Formations.  A complete body osteoderm plate from an adult Ankylosaurus. The bone is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. No cracks or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Lance Creek Fm., Niobrara Co., Wyoming. Authenticity guaranteed. A collector's quality Ankylosaurus osteoderm. I do not see large ostederms very often.

Two LARGE, TOP QUALITYQuenstedticeras lamberti ammonites on matrix from the Saratov region of Russia. Incredible pyrite replaced ammonites. The natural shell exterior is incredily preserved and reflects an iridescent red color. A Very Rare, Top Quality Hexanchus sp. lower jaw tooth from the Englishman River, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. This is a new and undescribed genius / species from a Santonian (Late Cretaceous) deposit - 85 MMYA. A very unique species of Hexanchiforme shark. The crown is complete (6 cusps) and the root is complete. High quality enamel. No repair. A very difficult tooth to locate and an excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. This incredible specimen is from a 20 year old collection.

A Top Quality Cretodus crassidens, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These massive teeth have a design that includes a large / heavy root with high root face, a narrow crown width, and broad side cusps. This is the big shark tooth in Texas Cretaceous deposits which can reach 2.6". This is a lateral tooth with perfect side cusps. Authenticity guaranteed. Near perfect tooth with a small tip nick. I don't see many of these teeth.

A Top Quality, 4-1/2" Classic Peruvian Early Megalodon tooth. Our 2nd February 2017 Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible tan colored crown with an excellent tan bourlette. Highest quality enamel. The bourlette is excellent and essentially complete. The serrations are extra large and razor sharp with an excellent tip serration. The root is an excellent reddish brown color and complete. This Megalodon was found in the Ocucate area of Peru (Miocene age). Note -  the "root ears"on the root, root wing grooves, the exceptionally large serrations, and Chubutensis-like humps at the base of the serrations - all Miocene traits. A top quality example of a classic Peruvian Miocene Megalodon tooth considering the shape, color, and preservation. An exceptional collector's tooth from the old days! Museum Quality Megalodon.
