A Top Quality, Pathologic Bone Valley Mako shark tooth from Polk County, Florida with great color! Commonly referred to as Isurus hastalis, but renamed to Carcharodon hastalis as a Great White shark ancestor. NC001 has an incredibly rich copper-red color. Fantastic color! The enamel is the highest quality with exceptional gloss. The serrations are large and 100% complete with a perfect tip. Bourlette is brown and 100% dentin layer. The root is complete and nicely articulated. A very well preserved tooth.
