A rare Mako shark tooth from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth appear to be juvenile Isurus desori teeth (narrow crown) and are scarce in the Sumatran deposit. They were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. D052 is the upper jaw tooth on the right. Authenticity guaranteed.

A RARE, Top Quality Dakotaraptor steini (raptor) tooth. A near or small adult specimen. Dakotaraptor steini is one of two recently described Hell Creek Fm. raptors. An August Fossil of the Month. A very rare, early Otodus aksuaticus anterior tooth from Kzil-Orda, Kazakhstan. A transitional tooth leading to O. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. A July Fossil of the Month. The bourlette is complete. This tooth exhibits small serrations along the lower 1/2 of the crown and micro serrations to the tip. These teeth exhibit excellent color, gloss, and preservation. A rare Top Quality Othnielosaurus consurs fibula bone from the Morrison Fm. This Othnielosaurus fibula measures 7-7/8". The bone is high quality. Excellent brown color and patina. Great overall condition with no restoration. Just basic crack fill. Othnielosaurus was a hypsilophodont dinosaur that lived during the late Jurassic. It was a fast moving herbivore / omnovore. Well preserved egg shell pieces from Hypselosaurus priscus, a Late Cretaceous Titanosaur dinosaur from southern France. This was a medium sized Titanosaur. A very unique shell design with weakly developed small dimples. These egg shell pieces are typical size for these small eggs with a shell thickness of ~1/8".
