A rare Mako shark tooth from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth appear to be juvenile Isurus desori teeth (narrow crown) and are scarce in the Sumatran deposit. They were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. D054 is the lower jaw tooth on the right. Authenticity guaranteed.

A LARGE, Top Quality Protolamna sokolovi, an extinct Mackerel shark, tooth from Tarrant Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Lower Cretaceous Paw Paw Fm. shark. A very rare, Parotodus benedeni  tooth from the Newberry, So. Carolina. An Oligocene age tooth from the Ashley Marl. Top quality enamel and very clean & sharp edges and a sharp tip! Wide crown shape.
