A rare, Top Quality Ankylosaurus magniventris partially rooted tooth from the late Cretaceous of North America. Ankylosaurus magniventris was the largest Ankylosaur which grew to 30 feet and 17000 pounds. Note - These incredibly sized dinosaurs had small teeth. The enamel is the highest quality with excellent color / patina. The crown has a little wear facet. No cracks or restoration. A very rare Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis toe bone (pes digit). A May Fossil of the Month. This Allosaurus toe bone measures 2-7/8". High quality bone. Great rich black-brown color. Excellent overall condition. Normal crack fill with a section of the lower rim of the articulated end rebuilt. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic. A GEM quality Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw anterior tooth from So. Carolina. Otodus chubutensis or Chubutensis is the extinct ancestor of the Megalodon shark. An August Fossil of the Month. An incredible blue & tan colored crown. Top quality enamel. The brown bourlette is large and complete. Sharp serrations are near complete (only 2 partially damaged) and an excellent tip serration. The root is brown colored and complete with no hydration cracks.
