A Top Quality Notorhynchus tooth - a Sevengill Cow shark, from the Nottoway River, Virginia.  A lower jaw tooth with 6 primary cusps. This tooth is a rare red site tooth with an excellent copper - red color with a copper - red root. Incredible color and preservation. This is a Miocene age, Eastover Formation tooth.
