This massive Rex crown measures 4-9/16" (straight up) or 4-7/8" (straight line) or 5"+ (on curve) and has a big root (2" Wide). The enamel is good quality with some root etchings and natural cracks. A HUGE Top Quality, Otodus obliquus tooth from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. This stocky Rex crown measures 3-5/8" (straight line) and is thick for its size (1-1/4"). The enamel is highest quality. Great rich dark chocolate brown and black color. Excellent serrations on the anterior and posterior serrations. Note - There is no wear facet at the tip and this tooth is serrated to the tip (a recently erupted BIG tooth - rare). A LARGE silica replaced Cyrtospirifer brachiopod. Both valves present  - complete specimens and matrix free. Exceptional preservation. More than 1"+ thick and heavy! This is a late Devonian (370 mya) brachiopod from Rudkine near Voronezh, Russia. An incredible display piece!
