An Ultra Rare, Hexanchus griseus tooth from the Sacaco area of Peru. This is lower jaw tooth. Superb preservation and color. Seven very large and sharp primary cusps. The root has been repaired with a patch on each end. An EXTRA LARGE, rare TOP QUALITY, Great White shark transition tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli. An upper jaw anterior tooth. A September Fossil of the Month. This C. hubbelli tooth has medium to small serrations at the base of the cutting edge that disappear towards the tip. This tooth has an excellent tan colored crown and tan root. Fantastic color!  No repair or restoration. A rare, EXTRA LARGE, Top Quality Carcharodon carcharias, the Great White shark, tooth from So. Carolina. An upper jaw anterior tooth. Golden tan and green colored enamel and a tan colored root. Fantastic color. Root is well preserved - very difficult to find in the Carolina GWs. Razor sharp serrations with an excellent tip serration. An EXCELLENT BIG Great White shark collector's tooth. A very rare, colorful GEM Quality Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth. This tooth measures 2-1/16".  A June Fossil of the Month. The enamel has an exceptional two-tone color and patina (see Photos #2 & 3).  Incredible natural gloss. Exceptional mesial and distal serrations. Base cross-section is a tall oval. No hydration cracks. A small section on the distal carina is restored. A top quality tooth! T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey. A GEM, 6" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. Our March 2017 Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light golden tan colored crown with an exceptional white bourlette and mostly complete. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional golden tan color! The bourlette is huge and near perfect. The serrations are razor sharp with an exceptional tip serration. Nearly PERFECT serrations (2-3 serrations damaged near the base  - all serrations are razor sharp. Exceptional serrations for a really big Meg! The root is an excellent white color with few no hydration cracks and complete. This Megalodon was found in the Pungo River Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Miocene age = 14.5 MYA). A Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex tooth. This is a large Premaxillary tooth ("Premax") or front tooth in the jaw which have a "D" shape. An October Fossil of the Month. This Premax Rex crown measures 2-3/16" and is very thick for its size (1"). The enamel is highest quality. Great rich chocolate brown color. The serrations are exceptional going to the tip. There is essentially no wear facet at the tip which is not typical for a Premax tooth. One small crack, but no break. No repair or restoration.
