An ultra rare, Top Quality Parotodus benedeni (False Mako) shark tooth from the Australian Portland Cement Ltd quarry, Batesford, Victoria, Australia. A May Fossil of the Month. Incredible color and preservation. Complete tooth. This tooth is Middle Miocene (Batesfordian) from the Batesford Limestone Fm. Note - tghe end of the tip was professionally restored. An ultra rare, Top Quality Ikamauius ensifer (Sawshark) rostal tooth from the Oamaru, Campbells Bay, New Zealand. This is a very unique Pristophoridae Sawshark species that is barbed on all sides, and it is only found in New Zealand. Incredible orange color and preservation. Complete tooth. A GEM, 5-1/4" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. Our August 2017 Fossil of the Month.
