An ultra rare, Top Quality Hexanchus collinsonae tooth, a Sixgill Cow shark, from the Muddy Creek / Fisher - Sullivan site, Virginia.  A lower jaw symphyseal tooth (male species) with 6 primary cusps. A rare Top Quality, Suchomimus tenerensis tooth from Niger. This Suchomimus crown measures 1-13/16". The enamel is high quality. Great rich dark brown color. Excellent ribbing pattern. Minor crack fill. Very good overall condition. No repair or restoration. Suchomimus is a genus of spinosaurid dinosaur that lived in the Late Cretaceous (115 million years ago) . Found in the Erlhaz Fm., Gadoufaoua, Tenere Desert, Niger. Authenticity guaranteed.

A GEM, 6" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - ANTERIOR tooth. Our March 2017 Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light golden tan colored crown with an exceptional white bourlette and mostly complete. Highest quality enamel. Exceptional golden tan color! The bourlette is huge and near perfect. The serrations are razor sharp with an exceptional tip serration. Nearly PERFECT serrations (2-3 serrations damaged near the base  - all serrations are razor sharp. Exceptional serrations for a really big Meg! The root is an excellent white color with few no hydration cracks and complete. This Megalodon was found in the Pungo River Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Miocene age = 14.5 MYA). The finest example of a 6" classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth that I have seen considering the shape, color, and preservation.
