A LARGE, Top Quality Abelisaurid dinosaur tooth from the Cretaceous Kem Kem deposits of Morocco. Once thought to be a "raptor" tooth, it is now clear that these teeth are Abelisaurid, a family of ceratosaurian theropod dinosaurs the unique straight posterior carina. They were the dominate smaller theropod in the late Cretaceous Kem Kem deposit. Excellent red color and serrations. Excellent preservation. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. An EXTRA LARGE Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (lower jaw anterior tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown and a light tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Very wide crown. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. A High Quality Ultra Rare Alopias palatasi shark tooth, the extinct serrated Giant Thresher shark from the Meherrin River copper red site in No. Carolina. An August 2020 Fossil of the Month offering. A TOP QUALITY Megalonyx leptostomus sloth claw from an extinct genus of giant ground sloths and our December 2017 Fossil of the Month. This claw has excellent preservation and shows little water wear. It's complete down to a nice tip with absolutely no restoration or repair. Excellent preservation of the proximal end.
