A rare, High Quality Alopias grandis shark tooth, the extinct Giant Thresher, from Milnerton Beach, Cape Town, South Africa. Nice blue color. Very good preservation and condition with a small root chip. A Late Mocene age tooth (Alexandria Fm). No repair or restoration. These teeth are not commonly found and seen. A rare Peruvian Megalodon tooth the Ocucate area of Peru (Miocene age). It has an excellent tan colored crown. The serrations are worn. An ULTRA RARE Pachychephalosaurus wyomingensis skull section from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. A February Fossil of the Month. This is a post orbital skull section covered with 12+ spikes. Pachychephalosaurus is the dinosaur which is famous for its large domed head surrounded by these spikes and nodes. These spikes and nodes were part of the Pachy skull. This skull section has exceptional color and patina. Note the incredible blood grooves in the bone. It is a complete specimen with no cracks or breaks. Legally collected on private land in the Lance Creek Fm., Niobrara Co., Wyoming. An exceptional collector's quality Pachychephalosaurus skull section. You don't see these skull pieces very often. Two spike tips are repaired. Authenticity guaranteed. A TOP QUALITY, LARGE rare Araucaria mirabilis pine cone specimen from Argentina. Another May 2018 Fossil of the Month. These Jurassic pine cones are exquisite and known for their high quality and extreme preservation. This cone is large and shows great exterior detail and a small stem (rare). The Araucaria cone has exceptional inflation; not naturally compressed which commonly occurs. This is the best larger pine cone that I had in stock and I will not be getting any more as exports have stopped!  Authenticity guaranteed.
