An EXTRA LARGE, beautifully prepared Asaphus punctatus trilobite from Saint Petersburg. A very nice three lobe design. Note the raised eyes to see in soft sediment. The high eye stalks were used to find prey and identify predators. An Ordovician (470 mya) trilobite from the Saint Petersburg region, Russia. Exceptional quality and preservation! The Campanian age Ankylosaurs grew to 20 feet and 6000 pounds, and a body covered with this bony armor. The bone is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. An excellent raised keell. A complete scute from an Ankylosaur with some crack fill. ~76 MYA. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., Havre, Montana. Discovered in 2016. Authenticity guaranteed. A collector's quality Ankylosaur osteoderm.
